I had an excellent experience with Andres. I found them on yelp and I'm glad I did. The prices are fair and the customer service is excellent. Communication is everything to me and luckily with them as well. Everyday they said they would be there they were there on time. They work neat and clean up after themselves. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone interested in doing anything regarding wood floors.

I'm thrilled with my wood floors thanks to Andres and his team at Mr. Wood. Andres is extremely reliable and was always available to answer any questions I had by text and phone. His pricing is also very fair especially considering the high quality of work performed. My home had yellow/orange oak floors and he transformed them into the floors I have always wanted. His dedicated team even worked over the weekend to ensure my floors were ready prior to moving in. Take a look at my before and after pics. I would highly recommend!!!!!

Andres did an amazing job with my 1950's white oak wood floors. Initially, I planned to refinish the living room but after he gave me a great estimate for the whole house we went ahead with it. I could not be happier with the results and the floors look like new! He and his workers are very honest and detail oriented. He kept the timeline for the project and even fix the wood trim around my chimney which was not part of the deal. I highly recommend them, look no further!

I can't say enough good things about Andres and his team at Mr. Wood Floors. Andres always answered my calls and texts promptly. He scheduled the removal of carpet and installation of wood floors for 3 bedrooms in my house quickly. His team showed up EARLY every single day of the installation (a minor miracle by Miami standards). They finished the project ahead of schedule. And they were all kind, courteous and went above and beyond (including moving furniture which wasn't part of their contract). The prices are fair, but not cheap. But that's because their work is superb and they don't cut corners. My floors are gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with Mr. Wood Floors.

I called Andres about a squeaky floor board that was also compressing down. He was very nice and professional when we spoke on the phone. He accommodated my schedule and came out to my home. Andres checked out my floor and told me there was nothing to worry about, nor that I had to spend money on to fix. He explained the subfloor design, gave me a pen, and told me to call him if I needed him. What a different experience. I have to say this is now the fourth time since we moved to Biscayne Park that I have found people to work on my home that have either done work for free, provided free good advice, or both. This never happened on Miami Beach.

My house in miami shores was a total remodel. Out of all the people I hired for various jobs on my house Mr.wood was by far the best customer service. He was prompt every time he was scheduled to come to my house, his staff was polite and most of all cleaned up after themselves (which was a big issue when I hired other people). His prices are fair but most of all the work they do is flawless. I had wood floors added in the kitchen and den as well as refinishing and staining all the old wood in the house (from the 1940s) and it matches beautifully. He even took the time to come back after and install additional wood strips entering into the bathroom and the back door to make it flow nicely . Thank you Andre for our wonderful experience!

My father recently purchased a home which needed a new floor. So I began looking around for wood floor companies and that's when I came across Mr Wood Custom Floors. Let's just say that Andres, the owner of the company, is a well mannered individual and makes sure that you're satisfied with all his work. Andres finished up the floor in about 5 days and my father and I couldn't be happier with the results!!

Andres was a true expert! not only did he recommend the best thing for my floors and my budget but he followed through with all his promises. He made dealing with this task easy and comfortable. I had interviewed 2 other companies with mixed ratings before speaking with Andres, and although i was hesitant at first because he didn't have too many reviews, those worries were quickly eradicated! he is a true professional, punctual, and he treats the customer with that old saying, the customer is always right! There was a small area i wanted him to touch up and he revisited the project immediately and handled it, no questions asked. Mr. Wood Floors did an outstanding job on the vintage wood floors for my 1950 rental house. I did not believe the floors could be restored like new but they were. Andre was a pleasure to work with. Andre told me everything upfront regarding the dust that would be created so I was prepared for it. We have very good communication. Pricing was fair and reasonable for the amount of hard work that was involved with this restoration. His team showed up early everyday to get a good start on the day to get job done. I was amazed to see how quickly the restoration took place in only four days for a 2500 sq. ft. split level house. At the end of the job, Andre provided me a kit in order to maintain the restored wood floors clean and shiny. I salute Andre and his team for a job well done and highly recommend Mr. Wood Floors to others.
